About
Ever heard of calligraphy? Find out more about what it has to offer, and my vision to pursue this traditional art.

What is calligraphy?
You might know calligraphy simply as a form of art and you are absolutely right! One identifying characteristic of Japanese/Chinese calligraphy which is different from western-style calligraphy is that it involves Zen practices to maintain harmony and calmness within you.
Mission
When I was a child, calligraphy was a journey into stillness. The classroom would fall silent as we dipped our brushes into deep black ink, each stroke unfolding like a whisper on paper. In those moments, time seemed to pause, and the world outside melted away. Calligraphy became more than a lesson-it was a dance between discipline and grace, a meditation in motion.
Today, the gentle art of calligraphy is less often found in schools, overshadowed by the clamor of modern life. Yet, I believe its quiet wisdom is needed now more than ever. Each brushstroke is a bridge to mindfulness, a chance to slow down and find beauty in the present moment.
My hope is to rekindle the enchantment of calligraphy for people everywhere. May its flowing lines awaken a sense of wonder, and may its tranquil rhythm invite you to pause, breathe, and discover the poetry hidden in every stroke.
